What is church property? This is a koan in itself because spirituality is beyond the intellect. So anything that can be said in wrangle about what is spiritualty is going to miss it.
Still, we can point to what is spiritualty. And spirituality is this very moment. You do not need to leave this moment to find spirituality, because if you do this, you will miss it.
To understand what is church property, notice what is here beyond your mentation. Do not allow mentation to for you what is here in this bit, rather mark what is here beyond mentation.
The only way really to see what is here beyond mentation is through touch sensation. If you take away intellection in this moment there is a perceptive feel of tactual sensation. You can feel a perceptive sense of being, of present. Take away all mentation in this moment and still there is a subtle see that you exist.
Close your eyes and notice the sensations, note the tactile sensation of present in this second. The mind will recognize that there is something here beyond run-in, beyond thought. There is a sense that you survive, a feeling of being, of present. If you turn your care to this touch, without trying to define it, sympathise or trace it, then the lucidity of what is spiritualty, of what is here in this moment will start to unwrap itself.
And the experience of this is peace, is blissfulness. Perhaps there will be fear there. Because the mind is not used to experiencing what is here beyond thinking. The mind is wretched experiencing what cannot be known through the understanding. So there has to be relinquish. The willingness to allow yourself to feel what is here.
It is not something you should wedge. Rather, let go of all verify, all trying to do it, project it out. Allow yourself to feel what is here. Because what spiritualty is begins here, in this go through. In letting yourself fall out of thought and into what is here beyond intellection.
This is one method acting of speculation to give away what is spiritualty.
Another method of meditation to divulge what is spiritualty is to plainly surrender.
Allow everything in this moment to be as it is. Allow your respiration to be as it is, allow the body to be as it is, allow your feelings to be as they are and allow the sensations to be as they are. Even allow thoughts to come and go. But instead of getting caught up in your intellection, let go of the thoughts as they rise. Don’t push them away or try and verify them in any way, just allow the thoughts to come and go.
The key in this is to let go of verify. Let go of trying to hit something, transfer something. Just allow yourself to be as you are and note it. Notice it without labeling, judgment or even describing. Just mark what is here and let it go.
